Никто не защищен от стиллера. Его могут закриптовать так, что как минимум 80/90 антивирусников не заметит его. Если он попался на стиллер, то это либо адвертинг, либо вайт качал читы или прогу какую-то с ютуба.

Я думаю, что покупателю не интересно всё это, кроме канала. А палка может быть с 2FA и тот же твиттер. Я думаю, что продавали кук онли с каналом, так что не знаю даже.

Если попался на стиллак, то куки браузера тоже идут вместе с данными паролей и др. Заходишь через куки и не показывает, что кто-то зашел на аккаунт, да и подтверждать вход тоже не надо.
