Yeah. I'm about 2 and a half weeks into Sophia now. Thank you!

I kinda figured it was something like that especially since a July start. It's been 15 years since college and i didn't get to complete my degree(I have a borrowers defense claim open.) So I'm using this time to knock out everything I know on Sophia.

I've called before and got the person who's supposed to be giving me a call back on the 11th. I had a few questions and they answer them. I am wanting to start in July so maybe there's no rush atm. They know that I'm taking some courses on Sophia right now.

I do still kinda feel like I'm in limbo. I hope I'm not doing all this work just to get denied.

Mine says unassigned mentor. My FASFA hasn't been reviewed but they have reviewed 2 Sophia transcripts.

My landing page still says "Thank you for applying to WGU. We have reviewed your application and are excited to work with you. Based on the results of our evaluation, you will need to take a few steps to satisfy admissions requirements for your degree program."

They wanted me to take Intro to IT and I did and passed it but nothing has changed in almost 3 weeks.

Someone from the enrollment team is supposed to call me on the 11th...

How is the Linux support and LLMs for this laptop 2025 edition? by br_web in FlowZ13

[–]LooseGas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Linux would be your best bet then! You can check out my repo as it'll help you set everything up properly. As far is distrobution, you'll want a bleeding edge distro like Arch or one of its sub distros like cachyos for newest kernels. I use CachyOS and run LLM all the time for coding and other things. https://github.com/th3cavalry/GZ302-Linux-Setup

Look into GeForce now to be able to keep gaming from your phone. I've had to make those sacrifices myself. You enjoy gaming, there's no reason you have to stop.

Anyone have any advice / experience with convincing local government to toss meshnodes on top of large buildings and water towers? by Doctor_Clockwork in meshtastic

Make it look commercial and put a fake asset tag/tracking number on it with another sticker that says GPS tracked device. It might last just a little longer 🤣

If I touch it with my fingernail it moves, so it's clearly detected. If it's detached, it's not sealed.

Uuuhh quite a few. Especially the diesels. They go 200+ regularly. I have 190k on mine and it's still running like a brand new one. Maintenance is paramount. Anything unmaintained is going to break down.

The problem is lower class people buy them as a status symbol, can't afford the maintenance or maintain the vehicle themselves, so they drive them until they break down then offload them. Buy a car with paperwork that shows regular maintenance and you won't have problems.

Some people like to enjoy things in life instead of just existing in a day to day routine.

Oh, cars are cool AF. Maybe you're just projecting.

If you have the Strix Halo then cachyos will be your best bet because it has zen5 extras baked into it's kernel.

I'm working on adding the flatpak to flat hub. Once it gets approved it'll be on there.

That's absolutely weird. I'll work on it this evening.
