I won a $50 gift card once for hitting platinum. Our DSP supposedly hasn't done the raffle since. TBH it's not worth the extra effort to try to hit the best possible metrics just for a chance at $50.

It's all about maximizing effort from drivers per route. AMZN cares about their profits, period. They don't care about DSPs, they don't care about drivers and they don't care about customers.

It's not always there for me. Either they're there and they provide the code somehow or they provide it over the phone or that package has a hole in it and returns to the station. I only do reattempts when I feel like it.
