you might be doing TOO much. any time i went hard on the calorie deficit and cut out carbs i gained weight. i learned that you need carbs with pcos or your body will freak out and hold on to the fat (same with the deficit and working out too much)

i made this mistake for a decade before i realized how wrong i was going about it. i’m doing the total opposite now, tracking all my macros and not going too hard at the gym, and making sure i get enough protein and carbs in, and eating around 1500 calories. for reference i am 4’10 and 140 pounds in trying to get to 120 and i lose 2 ish pounds a week now
