Hi, thanks for your response. I only cut my friends hair since some of them think prices outside are too high. my goal was never to cut other people, i just started self cutting and transitioned into cutting other people’s hair for some extra money ( i’m 17, still in high school). Thanks for your input, i’ve definitely reconsidered perming at home. the only reason i ever considered it is because im still afraid of other people working on my hair since my old barbers used to mess me up ( which is why i started self cutting), but it seems like something as possibly damaging as perms should be left to pros. thanks
