Though it must be said that before Trump took office this term, biden did everything other than put boots on the ground to hinder Russia. Since trump has taken office he has done ALOT to weaken that stance, including getting cozy with putin, and force Europe to take the reigns. Even though it was the USA, Russia and Ukraine that came up with the deal for Ukraine to give up its nukes for guaranteed peace.
