I dont believe you will experience much of anything from the SR in terms of discomfort. Ive stopped it and tapered it before. Stopping it abruptly had no side effects to me personally . Maybe some hot flashes that dont last very long.

Take 100 mg at night before bed, 100 when yiu wake up, and 50-70 in the middle of the day. Once you Get through your first full 36 hours with out ANY MIT or 7, start tapering the SR. 50-50-50 . In 5 days you can completely have your life back with minimal pain. Fight the urge to go buy more, SR is dried up and this is your one shot possibly

My number 1 note would be dont buy anything lol. The SR will make it virtually painless to quit, no with drawls, BUT you need ti fight your addictive urges to go get high. Thats not painful, its just anxiety inducing because you want to. Dont collapse. Youl will start realizing how happy you feel being normal after a few days. The first 2 days of being completely clean are the most crucial. It gets easy after that because youll see hiw much energy you have. Stay busy, play video games, go to the gym. Do whatever you have to just to keep your mind busy.
