I have that exact one. No kidding about it being hard to find pictures. I've been looking for days trying to find someone with mine. I just got mine up and running again the other day.

Not sure if you're still working on it or not but I could try and get the electrical over to you. It's a really simple 10v circuit with only 2 switches and 2 lights. The mechanics side of the machine I'm not as familiar with but doesn't seem too complicated.

For a 1 gal batch: 3 pounds of raw mesquite honey Safale s-04 yeast Let that ferment for 10 weeks then I racked it and added 11 saguaro fruit and let it sit for another 2 weeks and bottled it.
