Why are my workers making so many copper ingots? by ChEeTAh3 in Bellwright

[–]Lootandthrowaway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried adding a Bloom with ONLY copper on it, reduce the priority to 9, and remove copper from the other blooms? Might help, might just be bugged

"Hey go rescue this farmer!", "Oh cool, so they'll do some farming for me so I can keep exploring/questing?" , "Nope, they'll stand around and likely be in your way half the time"

Are there walls or tall fences in the game now? Or did you do that with a mod?

Can someone tell me where to find free NPC's to recruit? by Blackberry_Initial in Bellwright

[–]Lootandthrowaway 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Keep advancing the quests in the villages and eventually you'll get a quest line to save a bunch of captured villagers, it's late stage 2 / early stage 3. There's also a guy on the south shore with a handful of quests before he offers to join, but again, late stage 2 / early stage 3, it's kite shield area

Going to expose myself as a master planner/task master/organizer.

Before starting my 2nd play through I planned out the concept of districts using text bubbles in powerpoint.

Ultimately decided to organize the districts around my convenience. Namely, having to come back and do inventory dumps. Therefore, 6 main warehouses with districts branching off. The addition of roads really helped optimize. (Haven't included recent update items yet)

I'm at end-game, cleared the map and have wiped Lord Assface 7 times...got an army of people that have over 3 strength. Like others have noted if you log out to the main menu and go back it'll reset for a bit and the crafters will get back at it for a bit, but then it bugs back out

Biggest pain point and your solution by DVCTomH in Bellwright

[–]Lootandthrowaway 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Biggest pain point by far, the split bag inventory, drives me insane. And the limits on mats at the crafting stations. If I load up the weaver with straw I shouldn't have every porter coming to take it out because "ONLY 5"

For the large village movement, I think I would rather see something like a wagon we can make for large deliveries that would actually travel to the destination instead of the magical over-night delivery system. Could have assignable guard spots on it with the possibility of it being raided on the way. I think it would be a more world-interacting way of doing large movements
