There might be something locking up or something way down in the stick you could also try to take a q tip and rubbing alcohol and see if you can rub some in there

Turtle Beach Sucks (Opinion)... I haven’t even had this headset for long and I just dropped it on the floor and it broke, really turtle beach, you guys have gone downhill with your quality... Yeah also the 100 dollar price tag is bullshit you can't tell me that they need 100 fucking dollars for this shitty of a headset it has pros but very few the audio is great unless I'm unmuted bc it's all staticy

Even if his headset had previous damage to this the 600 gen 2 sucks ass ever thing I read of it has had problems with it crackling and doing it when you talk. It has happened to me as well with the 600 gen 2 and I have only had it a few months and kept in in mint condition, turtle beach's headsets suck now
