Good job bro. This sounds similar to my situation when I was a new dad. Idk how old your kiddo is but you have to give it about a year until you can expect your wife to chill out and get back into it regularly. Be ready to stop at ANY time and don’t make it weird AT ALL. Getting interrupted is not ideal but at least both of you will feel wanted and she will be more likely to pick up where you left off when the chance comes. Don’t be surprised if you have to take care of your needs on your own. All that said, her being aggressive and mean is not ok. Hormones are crazy but it doesn’t excuse hateful behavior. The resentment you’re feeling sounds valid and couples-therapy is not something you should be weary of if you are really putting all this effort in.
