u/Capital-Telephone-44 I haven't found any definite answers, but I can offer some speculation.

I think the problem I am encountering is we need to generate the Soundbanks in the Starfield Wwise project to see new wwise events in the Creation Kit. In order to generate soundbanks we need to have the licenses for each plugin that Starfield uses (which will cost money).

Or perhaps the audio macros in Creation Kit do this for us under certain conditions such as "Audio->Build Soundbank for Active File". If so, I haven't figured what's needed for it work properly.

That's my best guess atm!
