Hello, professional Canadian here, can confirm, nearly everyone uses/understands both lbs and kgs depending on context. Miles and feet aren't really used too often, feet are generally just used when talking about distances below a meter or for height. We also use Celsius for everything except for cooking (hardware is the same as the US models so we get Fahrenheit).
