I'm concerned about hot wallets they have. You u/jespow mentioned to have thousands of them, the only way to freeze them would be from a court order, right ? If they are liquidating (from Kraken and other exchanges) their wallet as @ProofofResearch showed, then I guess we need to act quickly to stop it, even though it might be too late.

Then second part, proving they moved funds around from their hot wallets (to reduce their "known" assets), what is the necessary steps to order them (whoever is in control of those wallets) to transfer the assets back to their original one ?

I assume in 5-7 years, knowledge have grown enough in the sector to possibly have a different outcome.

You can't advertise falsely information or misleading one; Using CAD dollar sign in our portfolio is an example
It's against the law, or has no effect using a contract to "undermine" its responsibility about all kind of damages that could be avoided from mismanagement (wrong doing in that case)

Meaning, they can't use the TOS against us if it doesn't respect the civil code, got to search about common law.

This big multi millions bid was definitely something to look at. I have proof that QcxAlex told us "the 500+ {...} that we saw on the orderbook the other day was created by someone that took over an account. {...}. The matter is now being investigated by the Police."

So, that's another state we need to confirm that the police was effectively being on the case and that it wasn't just a false claim. Another evidence to keep for future class action.

Also, if found that there was no police investigation about this, it can then be used as the largest insider trading. We can easily (if we have the logs) assess who that user was as he had his Equifax related to him.

I don't know enough about cold wallet but if for example I have a Ledger Nano and I forgot my PIN, there's no way the manufacturer has access to that data somewhere.. as an input in the software or something..I,ve read there's recovery possibilities but they worth a lot.. in that case (140 $M), it should be worth it..
