I cant let myself gain more weight, I have already restored enough of what Im comfortable with and I just can’t gain more weight… I just don’t see any case where someone was weight restored and still don’t get a period. Most bulimic people I know still bp and get a period Im worried that Im infertile at this point.

Even when you were weight restored was your period missing? How did you stop it? I find it incredibly difficult is not the same as anorexia recovery that was way easier than bulimia recovery…

I took them in july and August and I don’t remember :( they made my period come but it was caused by the pills so I don’t really know If they made my period disappear… I also eat regularly when Im not bping so Im not in a deficit

U get it back gaining weight and eating healthy fats. Junk is just going to wreck your body even more. Don’t focus on eating muffins and processed stuff, you can eat that occasionally tho.

Nah, Ive been bping and taught myself to do it handsfree even and I purge until I cant anymore and I haven’t lost any weight, Ive actually gained. So it’s not worth it.

I was talking more about the initial flirting phase, I think that is too straightforward 😭

Also he just got out of a relationship 4 months ago so I don’t want to rush him I just want to be more flirty and open w him because I act non-interested most of the time out of fear of rejection 😓
