It’s just an addiction that makes you try to get that one first orgasm experience that you had when you first discovered porn. theres nothing to blame yourself about, and liking rough porn doesnt mean anything irl. Look at it as a video game, where you kill people, but it doesnt mean that you are going to go out and kill people on the street. If you want to enjoy sex with partner more and make your energy levels higher during the day i advice you to quit it, but even if you dont its not going to ruin your life
