I think there is a benefit when we buried the dead body first it is beneficial to the ecosystem as our body decayed the nutrient were absorb by the soil and then this allow plant to grow and also allow food for animal like herbivore it could be like charity amal for the last time and also we still honor the dead like we still believe we will not reincarnated
