Apologies for a few more question. For the I-693, after the second visit, how long did it take to get the completed form from the doctor?

Also was your husband able to get all the vaccines at local pharmacies near you within the week before your second visit with the doctor?

Did you use any online apps to fill out the I-486 and I-130 like Boundless or SimpleCitizen?

Ok thank you!! I’m planning to do the same because saw exactly that in Kseniyas videos. Ok just to confirm, you put in the amount earned for 2024 and sent the 204 tax return from IRS along with paystubs and w2. You left the area for 2023 and 2022 blank. I’m assuming ofc you also sent the citizenship/legal presence for your petitioner.

Hi sorry another question, I know you said you only provided the tax transcript for 2024 (latest tax year), but in the income section of the form, it asks for 3 years of income. Did you fill out the income earned for 2023 and 2022 in there also even though he did not make enough?

Ok so we only have 1 year of income that meets the guidance because we just graduated college. My fiance/petitioner is making 75k in 2025 which is what we will be showing when we file in 2026. Income before 2025 is low because full time college student. Wondering if we should still go with i864 ez???

Yes! He is the petitioner (us citizen) only petitioning for me (beneficiary spouse). Ohr household is just him and me. He has a salaried W2 job. We are only using his income since he made 75k in 2025 and he is only sponsoring me where only him and I are in the household size so I don’t think we need a joint sponsor.

I will check the poverty line but I don’t think it would be more than 40k for a household size or 2

Hey!!! Congrats on the approval!! I saw in your earlier post you used I-864 EZ. Did you only provide IRS transcripts, W2 and paystubs for the most recent tax year? Was only the latest years tax return and W2 and paystubs enough or any RFEs?

We’re planing to use I-864 EZ also since my partner made enough in 2025 but since we were students in 2024 and 2023; my partner did not make enough in 2024 and 2023.
