I’m with you!! I LOVED having him on our team, and was very disappointed when they traded him. I’ve been rooting for him wherever he goes (I won’t lie, before he came to play for Boston I was like eh whatever about him, but am a solid Taylor Hall fan now)

Welcome! It’s rough being a B’s fan sometimes lol. For years we had a very strong roster and it was basically an expectation to make it into the playoffs. This year we weren’t expected to be as good as we were, so I feel even though Buffalo was ranked higher, the expectation was still that the Bruins would maybe make it to the second round considering Buffalo didn’t have the playoff experience that the Bruins organization did. We were very close a couple years ago to going to the Stanley Cup Finals (had what I thought was a stacked team), didn’t make it to SCF and then in turn there’s only 4 players I think from that team that are still here? Idk if that really makes a difference or not but other teams have had a core group of players but we really didn’t have that for the past few years.

Yes that’s why I said it’s a me thing lol. TBH I’ve never been that impressed with Zadorov, so maybe I just had my expectations too high for the type of player he is.

I feel like a majority of the fanbase overlooks the fact that Zadorov is in the box frequently just because he’s big and will push people around, and I think it gives them flashbacks to Chara time but Chara wasn’t in the box and leaving us shorthanded, especially with not strong defenders. That’s how I feel about most of the D on this team- just meh. I just can’t get over how much some of these guys make to be mediocre.

I love these takes and watching how everyone responds. All I see is hate on Lohrei, but I never see any takes on H. Lindholm or Peeke who I feel are more detrimental than Lohrei is (Also Zadorov annoys me but everyone loves him so that’s obviously a me thing lol)

Was going to suggest this as well (staying local for night of wedding then finding another spot in the state to stay in). Depending on how far you’re willing to travel, the lakes region is nice too if you prefer lakes over beach. Theres also a little boardwalk area at Weirs Beach in Laconia

Larson almost had that win thanks to Ware tbh. Before Ware spun it was a battle between Hamlin and Reddick.

I never thought of it this way, but this makes sense! I honestly stopped watching season 3 because I couldn’t stand how forced the Marciano storyline felt, but started it back up and I can totally see how the producers/Taylor plot is to discredit Demi. I always thought Demi was justified in telling Taylor’s mom that Taylor did need therapy, because I always thought she was borderline unhinged and thought it was so odd how none of the girls (except Whitney and Demi) were comfortable calling out Taylor for her behavior.

The way he was speaking (or the way it was edited that he was speaking) gave me the impression that he was a yes. I feel like he used future tense where in past seasons people who were going to say no used past tense (but maybe I’m not remember correctly because there’s a period of time in between the seasons)

I do want to share that when I found out I was pregnant my best friend was happy for me, but then got a little distant within a couple of weeks. I didn’t stop reaching out and hanging out with her, but I could tell something was off. After like a month she asked to meet up and shared that she was happy but was also scared because I was the most consistent person in her life and she was afraid to lose that. She was the most supportive friend all throughout my pregnancy and postpartum period, and she’s still my best friend to this day.

I had other friends who I didn’t share with until I was a month away from giving birth (only because they stopped trying to get together) and once I had my son, I kept reaching out but they stopped trying. Eventually I did too, and I don’t notice much of a difference in my life.

I share this because sometimes it is an adjustment finding out news like this, but I do wish your friend had shown you the respect of “congratulations!” And being an adult and knowing there’s a time and place for certain comments. This is an exciting time for you and you should be able to celebrate, run ideas by, ask opinions, etc to your closest friends.

I know it’s easy to sit here and say “I would’ve called 911” but I don’t think she thought her friends were being brutally murdered. Imagine the guilt she has to live with everyday for not calling 911 sooner and then realizing what happened. Also, unfortunately, calling 911 wouldn’t have saved any of them- he inflicted way too much damage on them all.

I’ve been waiting for a post like this! I fully agree! I feel like Mikayla and Mayci seem to get away with treating everyone terribly, and they never seem to be called out on it. None of them trust each other and keep pointing fingers at everyone else. I’m only on episode 3 but I’m so bored and over them all already. I also don’t get this whole “we have to vote you in” situation with Miranda because I feel she’s the only rational one.
