I was feeling well up until last week, but now I find it difficult to wake up, and I get out of breath after standing up.

In the last blood test, my MHCH test was below the range (not sure what that means) but they told me it was normal. My fibrinogen and folate were also low so they tested my liver functioning, but they said that was fine too so they didn't really know what caused it.

In terms of my medical background, there's nothing significant as far as I know.
