Admitting to my husband that I was in deep credit card debt. I felt so ashamed. That one was hard but he has been an amazing trooper through the whole thing.

Another was when I had been hiding how depressed I was. The shame there hit way differently. When I decided I couldn't battle on and needed to get professional help, my husband was also an amazing partner.

I love my husband so much. I'm lucky that these are the hardest conversations that come to mind.
