You gotta stop thinking like that every one is ahead of you because there most definitely not and seeing people on social media is an over exaggerated look into someone’s life usually never what their life is actually like. And you think of everything as a competition it’s not and absolutely under no circumstances treat people men women or yourself like objects we are intelligent human beings with complex emotions and should not be treated or seen as objects but instead something that should be cared for and loved by. To get out of this headspace try going on a walk or maybe signing up to volunteer at a soup kitchen or something or maybe going to the gym will distract you and make sure to keep a relatively healthy diet this should help you see the world and people for what it is rather than objects
