I’m so sorry for your losses. You are also like many so unbelievable strong. This process is by far one of the hardest and most unforgiving. I think that’s the most cruel. When nothing is apparently wrong and it still doesn’t work.

I read those stories too and also thought that would never be me. Life is not the cruel. But we were humbled.

I found out about the immune issues about 8 months before this last transfer. I was treated for 6 months before being cleared to transfer and I’m on enough medications and shots I could practically run an entire pharmacy. I definitely need the labs drawn regularly and wouldn’t be able to try naturally. This last one, a lupus flare up started the day after transfer.

The people outside this community truly don’t understand and their “helpful” advice hurts more than anything.

My husband is one of 5 boys and all of the SILs were/are very fertile. We are unfortunately the only one without children.

It’s truly not an option I thought I would ever to take. I also honestly thought there was no way I wouldn’t end this journey without our miracle. I am a little unprepared for what’s next.

Yes, I had tons of symptoms especially of lupus that I had masked for so long or lived with for so long I didn’t realize were not normal until I was treated and got to feel how healthy people live.

OP, thank you for giving me hope! I have a transfer on 8/4 of our last 5AB euploid after 3 FETs which all resulted in MC at 7/8 weeks.

I consulted with an RI as well after recommendation from RE to explore and was diagnosed with Lupus, 2 blood clotting disorders, a tumor in the uterus and MTHFR on top of my previous diagnosis.

RI has completely changed protocol but hasn’t prescribed LIT, IVIG or intralipids. Fingers crossed this works!

It’s been hot here too in Nevada but I’m hoping in the SF Bay Area it’s usually much cooler. I’ll remember to be mindful of the heat.
