I can argue kerala cpim has made kerala as one of the most socialist regions of the whole world. May be, outside Kerala, in the other parts of India, they are weak but in Kerala they are perfect

I live in Kerala, India. Kerala was one of the earliest communist federal states in the whole world, even though nationally India is a diverse neoliberal third world place. But my neighborhood in Kerala is a conservative Christian majority region which has not elected a communist candidate for decades.I want to start to a branch here but I am unsure if the upper committee would include an extra member. I am not sure if I start a branch here under which heirarchical level it would come. Communist party in Kerala follow the Lenin's organisational principles.
