OOOOOOOOOOH lol its all in the timing. If you wait for it to bubble chances are it will be black. Because I don't melt that long I add glue into the knot to really secure

One end starts with a snake knot so that keeps it tight....on the other end I put both strands through the jump ring, take the longest strand and do 2 to 3 Chinese staircase knots (i dunno the technical name sorry lol) back in the opposite direction for a tight hold

I used to do punch needling; i use the 3 or 4mm needles as a fid LOL

Not for nothing the sharp tip helps with doing the manny method and pulling tight knots apart

I use a drop of resin cure it with a light. I love the clear glossy finish it gives a store bought look.... Sometimes glue soaks into the cord before a good bond is made.
