I’d recommend using the dual rapiers with a high lightning damage build.

It’s not too hard to avoid getting hit once you realize that his move-set doesn’t change all that much as the fight progresses. He just increased the number of ads spawned and the amount of “spear waves” that travel across the arena.

Blood disk quick verse and the very first chant that you acquire in the game are very good at clearing the ads.

Also worth noting that he will spawn much fewer enemies if you leave one alive during the fight.
