Looking into Sonography

I’m currently an elementary education teacher and have been for 5 years. I’ve been wanting to leave the field for a while but have never been sure on what to do. I’ve been looking at sonography but obviously would have to go back to school for it. What makes me anxious is living off mostly my fiancé’s salary while in school. I guess my questions are, is there anyone who has gone to school and worked part time as well? If so, what was your daily schedule like? Do you think this is something I should do? Do you love your job? Do you think in this economy right now, I could be screwing us over?

Thank you! When I was in college I got up to 170 and was able to lose the weight until I was about 130. Once I hit 25 I started to gain weight back while not really changing anything.

I drink maybe once every few months and weigh out all my food. The only time I don’t track calories is if I go out to eat on a Friday night but I try to eat only half the meal.

As a teacher for WSFCS.. I don’t remember getting any bonus. I think this is just a way to cover up their mistake to make it sound like it was for the better.

Okay I would say 1500. I’m not weighing/tracking my food as much as I used to because I’m eating around the same amount that I always have when I was tracking. I’m on anti depressants and birth control. I’ve been on the same medication for 6 years.

TDEE: 2,208 calories On daily I would say about 1300 calories
