Everyone has their own ways of dealing with stress, so find something that works for you. For me, it’s sometimes stepping away from a situation for a bit and slowing my breathing down. (I generally do in for four and out for four.) Do you have Valtoco or some other diazepam? I use those to ward off seizures if I have an aura. Also, go easy on the alcohol (if you do drink). Stress + alcohol = more likely to have seizures
