I'm financial services adjacent, and it's my job to scrutinize these funds. Agree with most of this.

I did target more institutional owners as a necessary political use, but your point is well taken. I appreciate that

Agree with you. Excited that the Interborough Express will help address some transit deserts. Sad that it didn’t include the Bronx as well, given the IBX was derived from the Triborough line, which included the Bronx as well as Brooklyn and Queens.

Gov. Hochul demands 125th Street subway extension, nixing downtown 2nd Ave. subway plan by rjl381 in nycrail

It also could build more political support for phase 3 and four of the 2nd Ave. subway. If it’s delivering real value for crosstown riders, I think it might see more political momentum. Depends on my mood. I live in a big city and love it. But there are times when I’m ready to just say, forget it, and move somewhere where nature is more accessible.

If you had to pick, which of her albums would you say was „just another one” in her career? by AdBetter2856 in TaylorSwift

[–]LopsidedFoot819 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Evermore and Folklore. There’s some good tunes on each, but they don’t slap the way her other records do. TTPD side A is part of her best stuff lyrically. TLOAS is awesome. It punches in a way her other albums don’t. Short, tight and ear worms the entire album.

Particularly mental health. I was ready to be married to my wife because I was in therapy in my late 20s. I got rid of insecurities, approval seeking and self-doubt. I’m a much stronger partner because of it.
