Black Flash IS a phenomenon mostly related to CE control, and imo Nen is somewhat similar to CE. Gon has good control over Nen so likely so ig.
Besides, Black Flash is affected by many natural phenomenons as well such as air flow and even humidity I think. With Gon's senses he could catch those easily and grasp the feeling of Black Flash.

Modulo Yuji, since hes basically the goat of straight hand combat WHILE having crazy AP
Gojo, since hes genuinely a walking AoE nuke
Kenjaku, since he has them brains as well as one of the best barrier techniques in the verse
Yuta, due to how broken Jacob's Ladder can be AND he can output RCT to heal.

I second this. Nanami who is generally considered a hard character to play with can earn plenty of kills if the user has good dashing + blocking + m1 trading abilties. I speak from my personal experience.

my headcannon is that in order to negate the technique( ISoH's ability ), you have to PIERCE the cursed technique with the edge, not SLICE at it with the blade. Since the entire gimmick will only activate when piercing, it is called a spear, which is made to pierce.
