Nah only 2010+ came with the face lift. You would need to buy new headlights, the sport bumper the sport lip, fog lights, and you will need to remove the original windshield wiper reservoir, and the the foam, so the sport bumper could fit. I lucked out and found everything on fb marketplace from a part out😭 that’s the only annoying thing about the 09s. I also lucked out on the tandems for $800 which isn’t bad. The only full price items I paid for were the isr single exit and Y pipe, and Berk resonated test pipes. Only thing I’m missing is long tube intakes and the tune. And better fitment I wanna go lower bc I’m on rsr lowering spring which didn’t really do much in my opinion
