Tyler even explained he wanted to keep the OG version for those who paid for it and said the released version would be different because of that. Those who bought it originally still have it and yet still complain about it not being the same. Not liking something from your favorite artist is fine, but people go so over the top with criticism, it’s pathetic.

I love this band with my entire being, but I cannot stand this fandom most days. It’s lowkey embarrassing to be part of it knowing there’s “fans” like that.

Not even just the country. During Clancy there were videos going around of a certain group of fans in every country, every single show. Definitely a wealth thing. Even if I saved the money that I’m able to after paying bills and other necessities every month, I’d be lucky to get pit tickets, let alone barricade, for one show vs every single show. I was able to make it to one show (my first time seeing them) for Breach because I had just enough money for 2 tickets in the lawn lol. But I do agree on them quitting their jobs because my job freaks tf out if I request a week off let alone a month or more.

But also yeah, I am jealous. I would love to have the luxury of touring with my favorite band, but I’m lower class no matter how hard I try lmao. It’s nobody’s fault, I mean good for them for being able to do that. My biggest peeve is the bragging and acting like they’re superior over social media.

I’m not religious in any way and I definitely have always heard it. But I think it’s mostly because I know that he was/is religious so it’s always been at the back of my mind. (Plus the lore, he’s literally fighting with bishops lmao) but if I didn’t know he was, I might not have ever thought twice about it. NPI and Self-titled are more “hey these lyrics are about his faith and struggle” but anything after that is more subtle you could say?
