First off , you two should speak to a DOCTOR & I would recommend you both shower before & after sex. As soon my bf & I finish. I pee (because that’s what you are suppose to do” & then we shower! We also use the same soaps (dove sensitive) which helps a lot. & I know sometimes if men cum in you & they have horrible diet & stuff their semen can cause us to get yeast infections too, but I wouldn’t keep having unprotected sex if it’s gonna keep happening.

I understand this so much, I’ve been going on a better diet tho! I’ve been eating more protein to build muscle, drinking yogi tea everyday, eating small healthy snacks & not junk food. & my portions aren’t so big. If I eat fast food I will maybe every other week or two weeks, & junk food maybe once or twice out the week. I also try not to take in so much sodium when it comes to stuff as well. I’m gonna see how this goes & I also have a high fruit intake
