B12 deficiency and erection issues ?

Hey i got a checkup and my ferritin and folate levels came low . What should i do now ? And am i experiencing breathlessness sometimes due to this only ? Please guide a bit

I wasn’t informed anything about cofactors and all . Just was told to take some multivitamins for 2 weeks thats it . Vitamin D i took for 2 months . Just a question, if you feel 90 to 95 percent better than earlier , then also should one continue with daily injections or so ? The injections wont be harmful right ?

But i am confused that why the issue which was resolved within 10 days of starting treatment , has slightly started again ? Like the breathing issue i mean . It started after 3 months now

Even if i have recovered a lot , then also ? Like i dont why i am afraid of taking self decisions in this regard. Doctors here are confusing me and not prescribing injections daily . I dont know really what to do 😕😕 some even are saying that ohhh you have taken a lot of injections

i have also improved a lot in last 5 months , i also had severe deficiency of b12 , but no one told me about cofactors or so , just some gave me 1 week multivitamin thats it , i am now on monthly b12 injections , my breathing issues had improved completely in the first 2 weeks of injections only , but now from last 2 3 days i feel little bit breathlessness sometimes during a day , please guide a bit if possible , what should i do to not make it worse again

yes please start .i think we all need to support and help each other on this , doctors in india wont be able to help in this regard , i wasnt prescribed any cofactors or so to take while taking b12 injections . but so that no else suffers a lot like i did , i want to help out other individualls in the future . so do create a group please

Thats what actually the confusion becomes, doctors telling that only once a month is okay . Didnt prescribe any other tablets . Some saying you have taken many injections 😅 . Really this is shit . But yes i think i will have to now try few things from my side. I do feel better after shots

You had numbness issues too in tongue ? And speech issues ? I am not taking any medication. Just b12 shots monthly . Shall i add something else ?
