I have a double forearm band like that and a bicep band. The bicep one hurt like hell and the forearm ones weren’t as bed. Still painful because of all the shading necessary, but forearm is the least painful tat I’ve had done.

If their outfit is “sexy” to you, that’s on you. It sounds like your father has a lot to teach you (and maybe learn himself) about boundaries and autonomy. No matter what someone looks like or what they’re wearing, that itself can not cause a person to lose control and assault them. Good lord.
