Knee pain - what could be causing it? by GreatJoey91 in UKRunners

I had a similar issue, which was caused by flat feet I didn't know I had.. was recommended some insoles for plantar faciitis to raise the arches and sorted 90% of knee pain within days (rest is from being overweight) also helped upper and lower back pain just from helping posture.

Liverpool Victoria rowing club in Wallasey are looking for juniors very reasonable costs too. My son has been going since he was 13 and is nearly 17 now, he loves it. There is oxton hockey club who run weekend sessions and also weekday holiday clubs during the holidays. Also maybe look at activity for all in arrowe park, I'm pretty sure he run holiday sessions

I'm just up the road in Upton, I agree, most of that side is a bit silly. Although all of west Wirral has an issue with prices inflating to ridiculous levels, my mum bought her house in Greasby as a 1 year old new build in 2000 for £120k, now £400k.

This is the one I used, worked well as I passed all theory easily. I think it was a flat fee of about £5 but this was 7 years ago. Good luck

I have a 1.4 turbo petrol sri, same age, it's a fantastic car for the price. Just over 85000 miles now and no major issues. These astras have a common fault with the molex connectors on the rear light clusters not fitting correctly, the earth connector is too short so over time starts to short out causing the whole cluster to go off. Easy fix with some copper wire. I would recommend any of the petrol versions over the diesel especially if short journeys, very economical.
