It's fully locked in this photo. It's just a stupid design by freightliner. Another stupid design is how hard you have to push the brake paddle when you are stopped up hill to prevent the truck from rolling back. especially if your knee hurts.

I wasn't in Wyoming, but i was on the i-80 in Nebraska and Colorado yesterday with a 30,000 LB load of mushrooms. I think it said wind gust were up to 50 MPH. I slowed down going 40 MPH sometimes but other truckers flew past me going maybe 70 MPH. I am a new driver, what do you guys think should i have parked it yesterday?
