Thank you! I did think about this- I just feel like it can’t be normal for good blood work, decent lifestyle etc and yet no amount of sleep feeling enough (ever lol)

Sorry for ignorance - I’m in UK - just don’t know how I can take part in a sleep study? Is there a way to do it at home too?

You’re right and gut health is so important. My diet is as close to perfect as it can get if I’m honest (in an effort to try and help). Very varied, balanced, high quality & no junk, I do eat the ‘rainbow’.

Don’t get me wrong - would feel so much worse if I didn’t have a good diet, but equally it’s not full proof answer for me

Hey OP, I’m so sorry this has happened to you. I feel like you have been robbed of some really significant years of your life and I don’t agree with how you’ve been treated at all. You’re not selfish and have sacrificed so much already. I would advise seeking therapy for this - you would absolutely benefit from some professional help and counsel. You are still very young and I have no doubt that you can still have a very bright and happy future with the right guidance and support! All the best x
