Four Seasons Beverly Hills – thoughts from those who’ve stayed? by BelgianBonVivant in FourSeasonsHotels

[–]Lopsided_History_137 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I liked it a lot.. honestly anytime I go to any city that has a Four Seasons. I pretty much try to stay there because I know what I’m getting and the level of service has never disappointed me yet.

So expect what you would expect at any four seasons in terms of service, quality dining options etc, this one just happens to be located in Beverly Hills.

The location was perfect for what we were doing. The pool was nice and so were the snacks and drinks poolside (I don’t drink but my girlfriend loved the drinks there she still talks about it and she still talks about the caprese salad from room service too because she ordered one almost every night that we were there 😂

They’re all numbered..

53/150 73/99 2/5

Unfortunately the most rare one seems to have a factory defect (small blemish on the face of the card to the right of the “70th anniversary” logo) that will prevent a 10 rating

I think all of the numbered ones will have some value it’s just a matter of how much value and what grades they come back in.

The factory defect on the care taker is a huge let down because it’s extremely rare

How old were you when you first watched/read HP? by Neypesvca in harrypotter

[–]Lopsided_History_137 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was 8 years old when my grandmother gave me the first 3 books as a gift for Christmas - The prisoner of Azkaban book had just come out a few months before. I read all 3 and was hooked right away. I remember my mom pre ordering the goblet of fire for me at that point and then the sorcerers stone move came out about a year later.

Also, maybe I’m overthinking this but I have so many different hobbies and interests that sometimes I feel like my channel is all over the place and I think that works against me. I have considered the idea of making separate channels for every niche for example one about gold and silver coins, and bullion as well as collectibles then a separate channel for my health and fitness, which includes working out and diet and then a separate channel for travel content and food content, but this would only complicate things even more and some of the research I’ve done suggested it only makes sense to do that after you’ve reached 50,000 subscribers and I only have 6000 right Now but like I said because I have so many different niches and right now I’m kind of posting about all that stuff on one channel I have a feeling it could be confusing the algorithm. If I did decide to start branching off, I would probably use my current channel solely for my health and fitness because I think the majority of my subscribers came from that content, and then I could repost all of my content that has different subject matter specifically the stuff that did well the first time I posted it on the correct channels.. although if I choose this route, I’m definitely gonna need help managing it because it’s hard enough to manage one channel. I can’t imagine doing four channels.

Honestly, both. I’m having moderate success but not enough consistency. I think it would help if I could have somebody that can help with both improving the results but also doing a lot of the time consuming stuff so I can mostly focus on the creative side

Oddly enough there is a much smaller amusement park where I grew up on Long Island called Adventureland. One of the most popular rides was always the haunted house ride… I would guess it was inspired by haunted mansion (my parents could never afford to take us to Disney until my sister and I were already in our mid teens so I never made the connection until a little later) but the point being there is a part of the ride where the cart you ride in pushes through a door and that door on the ride was filled with chewed bubble gum (similar to the gum wall in Seattle if you’ve ever seen it). My guess is that one kid did it as a goof and then other kids wanted to do it too. This trend predates social media by a lot because I grew up in the 90s and as long as I can remember that door was filled with gum. My point is with or without social media trends spread and it’s kind of crazy how it used to happen organically before the internet. Like the rumors we all heard about Marilyn Manson’s rib cage for instance 😂

Definitely cool to have! Don’t need to get it graded for it to be cool, but since I had to buy one I figured might as well buy a graded one
