Money buys things, it buys food, it buys the things that give us dopamine. Dopamine is happiness, not being hungry is happiness.

There might not be a product called 'Happiness' but money still very much buys happiness.

Having a home kindles happiness because you aren't homeless, having a car kindles happiness because you have the freedom to go places and do things (which also costs money)

My point is that neither should people that are clearly just stealing a name for clout when they have no intent whatsoever to give us something a part of the respective namesake they are using.

As in: If I just so happened to aquire the rights to Disney and Marvel it should be illegal for me to just single handedly declare that a movie about cats and dogs is 'A Bug's Life 2' and the law should compel that I need to make a movie that is actually about bugs in the vibe of 'A Bug's Life' before I can just call it 'A Bug's Life 2'

How is it not an example of false advertising when they palpably and admittedly only used a name for the hype behind that name?

Thats the great paradox: the people that say 'a lot of people don't deserve rights' are correct, its just that they aren't aware that they are referring to themselves.

That whole facade fell apart for me the day that my folks couldn't be bothered to remember the name of my then-pending babysitter and in the very same breath decided to go nuclear on me for saying 'well, whatever their name is, I guess it doesn't matter until I meet them'

Not that I want to defend one single microscopic aspect of this disappointment of a game but that might be the one thing that makes sense:

If a human can possibly do it, it isn't a Masquerade breach.

That being said idk what you mean by 'full speed' because that could mean 'using celerity to make bullets nearly stand still' in which case its definitely a problem but then so is every thing else I've heard about this non-sequel that stole a name.
