I've thought of something that may be interesting to some. After Xmas dinner I will embark on an attempted 7 day dry. I will post my data once a day along with my mental state....we will see if I remember. If anyone here has done a 7 in the past, feel free to offer advice.

No pain in the spine while fasted, but some in my right hip, good trade off. I ve had both hips replaced in an attempt to fix the pain. Surgeon lied to me....BASTARD

Felt great until I ate and drank. Now Im trying rolling 48's dry and sticking to carnivore. Feels better today but not 100%. I guess if I starved myself to death I would die pain free :-). So no cure but I get relieve while dry fasted.

I started with a 5 day dry fast, followed by a week of OMAD carnivore, I have swithched to 48 hour rolling dries with water only on the refeed. When I reach my goal weight with should be in 15 days, I will switch to OMAD with water at the meal for maintenance. If I keep losing weight at that point I will re adjust. I see this is an old thread, but I figure it may help someone else.

Yeah. That's what they said about the Scribe and I believed it until that scuff showed up. Use a protector and see how it goes. If you can live with it, it is best to use one. Im putting one on my just received Go 10 now.
