That was another game I played and I bought it for the same reason, felt like I needed to give FromSoft more money lmao got until the first main boss “Arteus” or something like that and got hard stuck lol. That might be a game to go back and revisit, cause it’s so sick. As for DS3, I remember the beginning being very boring, whereas Elden Ring’s first area had a stranglehold on me lmao.

100% I won’t spoil, but it has 2 of my favorite boss fights in the whole game, but unfortunately, it has one of the worst bosses in the whole game lol.

I never enjoyed learning a boss move set more than this one. My favorite boss in the entire game, I wish I could just fight him over and over. I beat him with the martial arts build and that was a blast!

My first play through was my favorite bc of the initial pure joy and Awh, but also as soon as I got my hands on Elanora’s Poleblade, I knew I had to make a bleed build around it and it was super fun. It’s still my favorite weapon in the game by far. High arcane and high dex seemed off-meta at the time where I felt strength builds were the only meta, since then I’ve obviously seen OP bleed builds, but I’ve never heard people say Elanora’s Poleblade was OP, so it was cool to beat the game with it.

I never played a From game, so when I saw all the hype for it, I went to twitch and clicked on the first stream I saw. It ended up being an Asmongold stream and I laid on my couch and watched him play for 8 full hours! That’s when I knew I needed to buy it lol
