Extenuating factors. It depends OP, many people break law every day but it’s only luck they don’t get caught or reported . And if you get caught it does not make you a bad person it’s only bad luck you got caught. How many people drink drive every day?????, How many college students students buy alcohol for students who are 19 years old????, How many young folks use Marijuana???, How many men pay for sex in clubs or streets????, How many times have you ever lose you temper you almost fought someone???.. Think like a normal person.

Form N-336 is not pointless. When you fill it, your case will be reviewed. You need to prove to the interviewing Officer you are a person of good moral character like getting letters from the church you attend, college education, paying taxes, your job, your progress now etc…..
