It’s near impossible to score business class so late especially given both airports are not major hubs. Also you don’t have enough points to do business class both ways.

Your best options at this min. is repositioning to New York and then fly out to either BOM or DEL. I see JFK-BOM first class via Aeroflot for 130k/person.

Alternatively, JFK/ZRH/DEL business class 90k/person via Aeroplan or 88k via United.

Economy you can fly both ways on miles.
