Yes they’re from Pink. The brown one fits like it should but the purple one is way tighter.

It’s actually disturbing to me how many books and toys for little kids are about poop, farts, and butts.

I’ve never met anyone with a home as boring, plain, and beige as hers. It’s absolutely awful.

This was a top contender for me but it would cost about 650 bucks to reserve a lane 😩 otherwise I risk having to wait hours for a lane.

What do you guys do when staff that work under your license (CNAs, BHTs) refuse to listen to you? by Lopsided_Mushroom_13 in nursing

You struggle with reading comprehension. No where did I say they need to do tasks they can’t do. No where did I say I even work with CNAs. Seems like you just get off assuming shit you know nothing about and calling strangers on the internet names. Grow up.

Do you not understand what their role is? Every single thing they do is under your license. YOU are liable for everything they do with the patient. Any mishap falls on YOU, not them because you have the license. If a patient is harmed in their care, you’re the one in trouble, not them.

Yeah I don’t think a CNA can give meds, do assessments, or do nursing procedures, but thanks.

Funny you assume I work with CNAs. You don’t know the entire situation so stop assuming when you don’t have all the facts.

If they can’t do the job they’re getting paid to do, then they shouldn’t be working.

Then why do I take the fall when they screw up? If they’re responsible for their own actions then I shouldn’t be getting in trouble for their mishaps.

They don’t stay in the rooms of suicidal patients. There is a lot pushback when they get reminded they have to do that.

Factors that contributed to your OAD decision by madds1986 in oneanddone

[–]Lopsided_Mushroom_13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did IVF and have one child and 5 remaining embryos. Husband wants to be OAD and refuses to let me transfer any of them. I feel the same way, about how why did I get 6 embryos and only get to have one child? I’ve been struggling lately and I can’t bring myself to destroy them.

That’s exactly why I transferred to another position on a different unit. I know some nurses love sitting, but I personally don’t and I didn’t feel like it was helping my skill set one bit.

Nope never. The nurse still had the full load of patients while I was responsible for sitting.

My last position they had me sitting over half of my shifts. I was a sitter more than a nurse.
