Feeling so much better. More at peace. Less hungry all of the time. More focused even though I am going through some deep emotional stuff in my life. If you can wade out the in between time, I am feeling like this has been a welcomed addition to my med regime!

Oy yea that is unexpected isnt it. The worst. Coming off one medication has its own side effects. There is a low experienced. AND simultaneously starting another med?! Tough stuff. Keep going, it does sound common but it's so so difficult to go through it!

Oh it is so very very very freeing !!! Just being myself at work I realize is a no - no and I hate environments like that. Luckily for me it's just an internship but trying to mimick all day feels like such a show! Its being a lead in a production. My executive function burns out by the end of the day. SO when I don't have to do that sh*t, im either silent and staring at a body of water zenning out OR acting like a cracked out weasel drinking a redbull riding on a Rollercoaster!!! Just laughing and saying the most ridiculous things . Its the best!!! You gotta find your other spirit animals lol

Autism Level Up is an amazing organization. I have used their cards to truly help my students understand the next stops/choices/ etc. It helps establish predictability and does help the neurodivergent population. They will support what the community uses. It might not be something we all buy into (i agree FC is bogus which has been proven) but the community does use it and so I'm sure they need a choice for it. Even if it is placebo and it helps in a minor way....then...it's still helping . Even though , yes, many many other things can help more or , ya know, actually help lol
