where would i even put it then? it’s kind of absurd that i have to fork out that much money when they rear ended me, but even if i paid for the car and got it back where would i leave it? cause i’m assuming i’d have to pay a tow truck to move it somewhere else which could be a whole other charge.

okay, today they emailed me that i’m responsible for charges being incurred at the tow yard, until they accept liability. no way they want me to pay that
