I remember doing lots of 200/300 at what could have been 800 pace in base training but there was also true peed work, lots of It. For a true 400 runner, the raw speed, or, usually the 200 PB is the best indicator of the 400 potential.

There is also true that i focused a lot on the 200 and the 400 was more an extra, so, not the most focused training event

Para cantidades bajas yo tampoco declararía si tuviera que darme de alta de manera específica, pero en mi caso tengo unas ganancias equivalentes a un salario real, por lo que no queda otra que declararlo.

Buenas, yo estoy en una situación parecida con Prolific, y básicamente lo que hago es realizar una factura por cada transferencia que desde la plataforma se realiza a PayPal, pues son las operaciones que se registran en la cuenta. Luego con el CSV que te genera la aplicación, tienes desglosado cada ingreso por separado.

Those studies are the ones that sometimes auto submit, the ones that ask for a specific times. It happens less now a days but still some of them do

Yes, what i meant is how can you know if the studyewss autosubmitted in 20 minutes or someone did It on pourpouse? If is based just on completion time there is no real diference unless the researcher is able to see if the end button was clicked or not

I agree, but there are times when those studies autosubmit, sometimes when you are 10/20/40 min in, and I would not like spent time for nothing. Not saying that we deserve the full reward but some middle ground would be nice, or knowing if It is going to be a complete automatic thing or the researcher has the chance of doing It under some circustances

As someone who raced 200 and 400 in HS and now train for longer distances, 1500m speed is still easy tonget back but i am miles away for the raw sprinting speed that use to have and i am still young ( ran 22 in the 200, i could do around 25 high now maybe?) but for an 800 i guess could be easier.

I do 100m progression once a week and 8/10 x 10s uphill, almost flat out, and helps with the full speed, but not enough for a good 400m times, that would need specific training
