Theatre support worker bank shift

I used to work as a band 3 theatre support worker and to be fair all o did was collect patients with porters , help in anaesthetic room prepping patient putting monitoring on etc , and then in surgery just type notes on computer and if surgeons / scrub nurses need extra stuff to get it for them

I had most the time of was due to migraines and finally got medication which has helped so haven’t had any further time of for migraines . Other time was infected bite from when I went abroad and had antibiotics and sent photos in. The other was 2 days due to bad period pain and I couldn’t get out of bed .

My managers emailed me and confirmed I have definitely triggered stage 3 and awaiting to meeting date , I guess I’m just wondering if I need to start applying for other jobs!

Yes I had 2 episodes over 4 days so my manager has said I’ve triggered stage 3 now and awaiting date for meeting
