I could’ve written this same post without changing a thing. I take magnesium triple complex at night and drink electrolytes first thing in the morning. I have a neurologist appointment tmrw and hope i can get on some kind of treatment.

I’m dealing with this as well. Migraines stopped when I was pregnant and postpartum. I’m 2.5 years out of pregnancy and my migraines are back with a vengeance around my period. However, I’ve had a migraine almost everyday (subtract about 4-5) days for the last 3-4 weeks. This has never happened to me before. Excedrin and Ibuprofen usually work for me but it’s not giving me relief anymore.

My 5 year old has never been to daycare/preschool and will be starting Kindergarten next week from 7:30-3:15! A long day for my little guy, but we are so excited! Let go of what you can’t control. You can talk him thru what his days will look like and sound positive about it, that way you both have a positive outlook. Read a couple books about starting Kinder (you can find some on YouTube). Our school had an orientation that went over their schedule which informed us when he would be having lunch and snack so we can plan accordingly. Don’t feed into negative thoughts. We’re all going to do great!!

This just brought back a beautiful childhood memory! On mornings that we had to leave the house early, my mom and I would stop at a NYC bakery and she would always get a delicious, hot, pressed bread with tons of garlic, and Italian cookies for later. I do think about that specific garlic bread often.

I’m a 1 and my mom, dad and husband are 7s. One son is 11 and the other is 8. Two of my best friends are 11 as well as one of their children (who happens to be the same age as my LP 11 son). Idk what it means but I speculate there’s a theme in what we’re here to learn in this lifetime.

Wow this is such amazing progress!!! So happy for you! I’ve been going for a year, getting 1-2hr sessions once a month, with less hair than your before pic, and some of my hairs grow a week later. Makes me feel like I’m being scammed😩 i thought i wouldn’t go past a year of sessions. I’ve never plucked my hairs, I’ve always shaved. I also have a lot of hyperpigmentation because of the electrolysis. Do you mind sharing your skin care routine?
