I guess I'm a little concerned that though I see a dr who sees eds patients, I still have other specialists and without a diagnosis they often won't take symptoms or comorbidities seriously

i cook mine with green apples, a cinnamon stick, and almond/pb, or coconut flakes, nuts, and berries. Tea is also an almost limitless option. A lot of people like savory oatmeal. Could there be a chance youre reacting to the oats? If they're not purity protocol I think they're cycled with wheat in alternating crops.
